Well I have been run and running! (well not so much this week because I got sick with like 3 different things) BUT the last 2 weeks I was running everyday, and I am counting calories, and I have dropped 10lbs so far! YAY! so exciting! I hit an all time high this past winter, so now I would like to reach an all time LOW, lol I took before pics which I will not be posting until I have my afters because I tell you what they are bad!

I am running because 1. I used to be able to run SUPER fast and I loved it and I would love to get back to running like that. AND 2. I want to run the dirty DASH!!! woo! everyone just did it and it looked like so much fun!
Its only a 10k so that should be no problem, I'm already running about 3miles a day and then walking about 6 miles a day, so by September I should be more than ready :D
